If you haven't checked out my friend, Zareef's sick brand *SPACE LIFE*, I got one thing to ask you.... Are you dumb?
Before *SPACE LIFE* even launched online, the phenomenal jerk dance crews from across the pond in America went crazy for it... sending Youtube videos for association with the brand. The designs come either in sweatshirts or t-shirts, all in colours to suit an individual. Personal favourite colours of mine is the charcoal grey jumper for those wintery nights and the turquoise t-shirt for a playful summers day. The good thing is, is that there's a limited edition design with a glow in the dark print, great for standing out in a rave!
If you haven't checked it out, what are you waiting for?

I'll still be on my blog though, so if you ain't a fan of Twitter don't worry too much!

If I could offer you one tip...
Does anyone remember this track? I swear I was about 10 when this was out and I was completely astonished by it. It didn't make any sense to me why a man was speaking over a slow paced beat but, I liked it. Listen to the words carefully. Like I said before, I'm a sucker for life quotes and all that wisdom shit so this comes in handy.
And remember, always wear sunscreen!

Free Range: FEED Exhibition
Last week, in Brick Lane held the Free Range event. To be honest with you, I had no idea what the hell it was or when it was happening, my best friend from Birmingham rung me up and asked if I was going because his college's graphics end of year show was exbibiting there. Then I found out a lot more universities were showing their work at Free Range too, including my own uni (Middlesex Uni) who held their fashion show and fashion design, styling and promotion (my course, duh) had their own stand. I felt so stupid hearing about this so late, but it made me wanna go even more. Anyway we got there and I was so pleased and happy to see one of my home boy's, Nathan Jones' FMP work on show and caught up with him. I saw so much inspirational work and enough talent that night, also A LOT of free booze and drunk art students. Wooii.

Schön! Magazine Launch Partaaaay.
So I got invited to Schön! Magazine launch party on Friday night. Too be honest, I've never heard of the magazine before, so I did a quick research before I left the house and it turned out to be a pretty interesting magazine, actually. It reminds me of Dazed and Wonderland in terms of how they layed out the magazine, a bit edgy but, still has the avant-garde essence to it. Anyway, so I had no idea what to wear for the event, my housemate and her friends were all dead set on dresses but, I wasn't feeling it on me so I done the safe option of wearing a pretty top, legging and heels... I'm not gonna lie, I just wanted to throw my Converse on because that look is too girly for me, but oh well... It's a party after all.
We arrived on Bond St. about 8ish, went into the ever so swanky venue and basically got chatting and networking with a few big people from the fashion design and styling industry. Becky and her mates got quite a few good contacts, I on the other hand, spoke to a few stylists and photograhers but, no disrespect.... I'm not into the whole high end fashion, kiss on both cheeks thing... It's not me, so it wasn't very useful to me. However, I did learn a lot and it was a good experience. The best part of the night was being lifted by a fashion photographer (yeah, only me) and getting free drinks from the owner of the venue and just basically pretending I was on The Hills. All in all, it was a good night and definitely am looking forward to more of these parties even if I do just go home with a bag of McDonald's.

My 20th Birthday...
So this week, I've been celebrating my 20th birthday. I was quite reluctant to turning 20 because I'm not a teenager anymore! Anyway, I got over it. Thank you to the lovely people I call friends for coming to dinner both in Birmingham and London with me... (Gary went to both dinners, this is true friendship).
